Can someone please explain how I use them? I have some, but don't know how the system works. Explain it like I'm your grandpa.

Go through checkout like normal until you get to the Payment Details page. Below the box where you put in your credit card CVV code there is a tab that says "Apply a Gift Certificate/Bonus Bucks" Click on that box and it will drop down and give you a spot to enter the Bonus Bucks code.
