Hi victor i got my torch illuminator from you a month ago and i emailed you about it being broke and you never responded. At first i turned it on and nothing happened so i figured i must have left it on and grabbed a new battery for it and still nothing the red glow that is normally there is gone when i turn it on. I am figuring there is at least a 30 day warranty on them so was wondering if there is anything that could be done thanks.

The first thing to do if no response (maybe spam filter) would be to call us?  We receive hundreds of emails a day to say the least so sorry if we missed one. Of course the units are covered under warranty. We do not have many returns so I do not know what happened. Either way call us or send the unit back to us with a note describing the issue so we can take care of it. Hope this helps.

P.S. One other thing, please be sure battery is located in the right direction. Not saying this is it, but you would be surprised on how many issues are resolved with this function.

Victor wouldn't ignore issue with malfunction products.  I've dealt with him on a faulty IR Torch a long time ago and he took care of it quickly.

Ya i am not trying to say he would he seems like a great guy to deal with. Right now i am having problems with the phone so i try to just do everything online makes it easier.

I will send it out as soon as i can Vic thanks for the fast response and the battery is in the right way. Also can i just keep the base and you just send me out just a new torch with no base or do you need the torch and the base back? Thanks Stan.

Our Torches have been out of stock since Christmas and we should be shipping out new units the week after Shot Show (January 25).  Hope this helps.
