Just a heads up, I placed an order with Brownells for  Gen3 windowed 30 round Pmags on 12/27/2012.  I received notification shorty after the order was placed that I was on backorder ,so I patiently waited like everyone else.
I contacted them today ( first time ) about when my backorder might ship. Got a reply that they have them in stock, and what would I like to do.  Point being, I was on backorder and they had no plan of shipping my order.

I've checked the Gen 3 listing several times a week for the past few months (for 10's and 40's) and have never seen 30-windows either in stock or even available for backorder. Today is the same.

Every one of that item they receive goes to filling backorders, and the customer rep was probably just bumping you ahead to be nice.

Everyone screws up now and then, but Brownells are good people.

They are good people, but their backorder situation has been the biggest cluster fuck in the history of the world. I placed several backorders, most of the same items, and some were not shipped in the order they were placed. Seems like the backorders are being drawn like numbers from a hat.
