I placed my order last wed. I received a confirmation that my order was received shortly after. I emailed sales yesterday morning to ask if they properly received my online order. No response yet. Is this something I can expect from them? Should I call?

Their service dept. emailed me within a few hours about an issue with an upper. I can't speak to their sales dept. response.
