I currently have a stainless steel CMMG .22 conversion that I've used for quite some time with great success.

Given some of my new purchases for my other AR's that have been in Nickel-Boron coatings, I see how well those work and how well they stay clean.

Even with my .22 conv being stainless, that thing after a couple hundred rounds is CAKED in carbon, which is hard to get off sometimes.

Is it possible to have the components coated in something like Nickel-Boron to aid in cleaning and/or function?  Or do you think the added thickness to those parts would interfere in the function?

Do you plan on offering anything like this?

I've also run into this... In the past I've had to soak the parts in breakfree.

I've not really dont that in probably 5000 rounds because of how expensive it becomes... But, just giving it a quick cleaning and removing what will come off easy seems to work just fine.

I would still love to be able to get a Nickel-Boron coating though...

Problem you run into is expense. CMMG has tried very hard to keep everything affordable.
I use carb cleaner or Powder Blast to clean mine.
