When I moved down here in the spring I took it since it was cheap and I had $50 gift card to PSA. The instructor was pretty cool and gave some good tips to the beginners(I think a few people in the class JUST bought their guns...) Aside from the laws I didn't get anything new out of the class(I have Utah & Maine CWPs and I've been shooting for a while). Range test was easy enough but that is standard across the state.
For $50, I cannot complain and SLED is really picking up the pace. I got my permit in about 40 days. |
