Who makes PSA carry handle / rear sight assemblys?  Are they imported or domestic?  Are ANY of the component parts imported, seconds, or not made entirely to mil specs?

I need a couple but honestly I am a little scared by the significantly lower than industry standard  price.  I have never seen any PSA products in person, and am leary that the small parts may have had corners cut in materials or manufacturing, be Chicom, be seconds, or whatever.  Seeing lowers for $49 bucks on the website reinforces my hesitation.

I can't remember EVER buying something for substantially less than normal industry pricing that wasn't second-rate in some way, and then regrettying it.

However I would really like a couple of carry handle sights for $69 each if they are in every way the quality equal to those sold under the Colt, RRA, or BCMs name.

Before you buy anything, take some time to read and follow discussions around here.   That should alleviate your unfounded hesitations.  I do that with anything I buy.

PSA has stated their products are Made in the USA.  It's very clear they are sourcing quality products.  And they stand behind their products.  Look at how they have handled even the whiniest/pettiest problems around here and you have to be impressed.

The way I look at PSA is that they are cutting out the middleman and the consumer is benifitting from that.  Time will tell how it affects the market in the long run.

I understand your worry, but PSA products are gtg.   I know like any product there will always be someone complaining, but everything I have ordered from them is top notch.   I wouldnt worry about the lower price, Id take advantage of it, knowing yoru buying a quality product from a quality company.

I am not a fanboy of anyone, but when I picked up my lower the other day, I asked several specific questions about the construction of their rifles.  Each time, someone behind the counter knew the answer and was not hesitant or evasive.  Unless something changes,  I'll keep buying.

I have pretty high regards for Palmetto State Armory.
I'm having an issue (not a real big one) and I'm sure they will take care of it if I go to Customer Service.
They are a growing company that cares about their reputation.
That speaks volumes about the company.
I'm sure you will get real value for what you buy from them.
