I used the contact form on your website last week to ask this question, but there has been no reply, so I'll try it here. I have a Chiappa 16" 22LR barrel that I would like to have cut to 4.5" and threaded to SilencerCo specs for the Spectre II. Is this possible (or even a good idea) given that there appears to be some sort of plastic sleeve on the barrel?
