I recently picked up a Colt 6933 and a Surefire Socom 5.56 SB. Installed a Larue rail and shaved the FSB.
While shooting the cases eject to the 1 to 2 o clock position. Clearly over gassed. I am not doing an adjustable gas block Nor LMT enhanced carrier. What buffer and spring should I change too. I will have a 20 inch rifle length upper for this lower at some point too. H2 and white springco? H3? I need to maintain the ability to reliably shoot unsuppressed as well. |

I have moved all my lowers to the A5 system. I can run a sprinco green and A5H2 on everything from 10.5 to 16 surpressed and unsuppressed without malfunction. I really don't put much worry about where something ejects. Just whether or not it runs.
On my 6933 which runs exclusively suppressed, it has an A5H3 |

It has been around for a few years now. And the only complaint I see is that it is not standard. But it is, the extension is just an ar10 extension. The spring is just a rifle extension spring. The buffer is different.
The true benefit of this system for me is that it works with a variety of uppers. Some say it's smoother, but I am not sure. Not saying it isn't smoother, though either. @NoMoreGreen |

I use them in my registered receivers. Very nice. I use the A5H3 in them.
I use 7.62x39 with 10 inch barrels. Most suppressed. I also have a 11 inch 556 upper and suppressed. It's awesome. By the way, they use standard weights so you can mix and match without having to specifically by an A5H3. |
| Mine did the same. I installed a springco spring (forget which color, but it's the carbine gas one). An H2 buffer moved the ejection back a little while the H3 put it back farther still, but not quite 3 o'clock. I have no doubt the A5 system will be a great combination with it. |
