Just a quick tid-bit for you fellas-

I just called Colt and asked for a new owners manual for my 6700 series AR-15 and the gal was very polite and very helpful and it was obvious she knew what she was talking about.  I told her my serial number and she knew right away that it was a "Match Target" model.

*thumbs up*

Too often we hear the bad stuff about a company's lack of customer service, I just thought I would give a good plug for Colt and their CS.

Now... I'll wait for me new owner's manual to arrive.

Nice to see they are turning around. I had fight with them and produce tracking numbers before they changed there story.

I called Kathy on Thursday afternoon about a defective front sight post. She was not able to get to the manufacturing area that afternoon, but said she would get there today, Friday, and call me when she retrieved a replacement part.
 She called back this afternoon and took down my address to send the part, free.  
 She remembers people's names, and makes you feel welcome. She will do well and succeed at what she does there.
