If I called Monday would it be possible to combine two orders I placed? One on Tuesday and one today on Friday?
Sorry for bugging you but I bit the bullet early and placed an order then found more stuff I needed today. Thanks. |

I'm going to guess "no way" is the answer. In dealing with PSA, there are very few options once an order is placed. You can't change an item on an order, can't add or remove a single item, can't get a credit if the price changes before your item ships, can't get a credit if free shipping is offered before your item ships.
It seems all you can do is either (1) cancel an order completely or (2) wait til it ships and then return some or all items. I realize neither of these things help you out, so I'm guessing you're stuck with what you have. Slightly better than my situation, where I didn't order on Tue to get what I wanted hoping they offered another deal later in the week (a deal they've offered over multiple holidays this year)...and ended up with the first item sold out and the second offered in a package deal I didn't need. Cheaper for me because I spent $0, but I'd rather have the items. |
