I'm an FFL and had a customer order a lower from PSA. The same day he ordered it, I emailed my FFL to their info@ address as the customer was instructed on the checkout page. Nine days later the customer gets an email from their compliance address stating they don't have my FFL. Ok, he forwards me the email. I click on the compliance@ address they list in the email and reply with a copy of my FFL. Later I discover they linked their compliance@ address in their email to a now defunct ffl@ address so I got a bounce back. So I finally send their compliance folks my FFL.
Well I received the lower today and PSA failed to send a copy of their FFL, so now I can't log it in. I've emailed their compliance folks asking for their FFL. Why are you making this so hard? |
