I see that BCM doesn't answer phone calls so I guess the only way to communicate with them is through email. How quickly does it take for them to respond? As big a business as they are I'd have thought that they'd have a telephone CS/order person.

They haven't answered the phone since 2007/2008 . They did call me once to ask me something though.They emailed me once and asked me to call them then answered the phone when I called.... They also called me back when the web site goofed up some in stock out of stock order.... They answer emails pretty quickly generally might want to shoot them more than one though |
