Can I convert my M4LEP II to regular DI? is the gas port the correct size? I plan on scavenging the piston system for another upper build and just running an F marked FSB and gas tube along with a new carrier. Is this really that simple or is there something I am over looking?

Is this really that simple or is there something I am over looking? Rock I don't know for a fact but I would guess the gas port is larger than it would be for a DI. You would be over gassed. You can get gas blocks with adjustments on them. Dave N |
