Just a quick post to say Daniel Defense has some of the greatest customer service I have ever seen in the firearms business. Caroline sent me a barrel nut wrench to replace my damaged one no questions asked. Didn't even want pictures of the old one. All she asked me for was my address. And she sent a few decals along with it. One of which I now proudly display on my back glass.

read about great Customer Service at DD for a long time (read about miserable CS at other companies too)
decided my first M4 would be one of theirs could not be happier with the quality of the Rifle or the Customer Service, Caroline and everyone else I talked to were top notch but of course AFTER I buy my rifle they offer new Finishes
