Just a quick post to say Daniel Defense has some of the greatest customer service I have ever seen in the firearms business.  Caroline sent me a barrel nut wrench to replace my damaged one no questions asked.  Didn't even want pictures of the old one.  All she asked me for was my address.  And she sent a few decals along with it.  One of which I now proudly display on my back glass.

Their customer service is the BEST in the business IMO!!  Wish they would sell those decals separately.  I didn't even get any with my rifle...., but am always looking for them as I would PROUDLY display them in my back glass as well.

No doubt.  I had an issue with an out of spec rifle and they could not have done a better job resolving it.  I tell everyone considering an AR about how much DD rocks.  You can buy a DDM4 with confidence that they stand behind it.

While I haven't had to contact CS for other firearms I did have a great exchange with Caroline. Glad she is watching the boards and providing excellent service also.

Funny you mention her, I needed a replacement bolt-up plate for my Mk18 rail since I had to drill mine to fit the Innovative WAR receiver. All I can say is Caroline represents the BEST in customer service!

read about great Customer Service at DD for a long time (read about miserable CS at other companies too)
decided my first M4 would be one of theirs
could not be happier with the quality of the Rifle or the Customer Service, Caroline and everyone else I talked to were top notch

but of course AFTER I buy my rifle they offer new Finishes  
DD .308 coming soon  !!!!
that will be my next Rifle

Well I guess I will be the odd one. I just picked up a m4a1 milspec plus and I had an issue. I called last Wednesday twice and left two detailed messages to her voice mails with contact information. I still have not received a call back.
