I wanted to share my experience with LaRue's customer service....
I ordered a 16'' stealth barrel back around Christmas time. It has sat in my closet since it arrived in the mail basically cause I am lacking a few parts plus I work a hectic schedule and don't have to put it together. Recently I regretted ordering a 16'' and wished I had ordered the 18''. Monday of this week I called the shop and explained this to John and asked if there was anyway I could exchange the barrel for the 18" after a few minutes on hold I was told this should not be a problem and to complete the RMA form online. Tuesday I received confirmation that my request was approved. Wednesday I dropped it jn the mail, Thursday they recivied it. Today, shortly after I arrived at work I got an email saying that my order was complete and a UPS tracking number. I am only a few hours from the shop in North East, Texas so I should receive the barrel on Tuesday! I just wanted to share this experience and the quick turn around time that I was provided. I know that they have more crap to deal with than my indecisive @$$. It's just nice to do business with a company that cares about their clients! Not the first thing I've ordered and will definitely not be the last. Thank you LaRue for amazing customer service! |

My new mount arrived in the mail today. Thanks LaRue! |
