[ARCHIVED THREAD] - DD Barrel Question

Quick question the DD Barrels with FSB, are the taper pins installed? Or are they just drilled for taper pins and ship with them so you can easily add a barrel nut or hand guard assembly. I'm worried about driving out the pins, current upper was not an easy task.

On my two DD CHF lightweight barrels I just got from AIM, the taper pins were only driven in halfway so they were easily removed to install barrel nut.
