| I recently polled members of AR15.com on which rail to get with a Barrett Rec7 I was ordering. They come from Barrett with either an OmegaX or ARMS SIR option. The overwhelming response was Daniel Defense, so that is what I ordered. I learned after I received my Barrett that the OmegaX utilized a proprietery barrel nut. I got on the DD website, but couldn't figure out what wrench to order so I emailed DD to point me to the correct one I could buy off the website. Not only did they point me to the correct one, they sent it to me at no charge!!! I didn't even buy the rail from them. It was OEM'd from Barrett. You now have a customer for life. |
