Quick question PSA...why do you put items in your daily deals that are not in stock? You currently have several that you never had stock to begin with when the "deal' started.
Like I said, when the web page was created and when it was actually posted to web site could have been couple hours apart. They probably have automated inventory system which automatically post "out of stock" on the daily deal web page when inventory reached zero. What would piss off people more would be when it doesn't show "out of stock" and allows you to place an order only to get a message later saying the item is actually out of stock and your order is cancelled.
It seems like when an item comes back in stock that the sku changes. I have ordered upper receivers before and gone back to look at them again a few days later and they show out of stock, but they will have the exact same upper listed with a different sku number. So if that's the case you need to check the daily deals on their page to see if the product you were looking for is on there.
