First let me say that Daniel Defense has superb customer service. I bought a DDM4 V5 from a local gun shop. Upon taking it to the range it had a repeated failure. The bolt carrier wasn't fully closing after firing around. You could visibly see it was stopping about an 1/2 inch short give or take. Every time I emailed them to add something or ask another question I promptly received a response every time. Sometimes in as little as 10 mins or so and I would have a response. Thats just unheard of in today's customer service. They received my rifle on Friday June 27th. They had it fixed and sent back out the very same day. This was a huge surprise for me because they were going to be closed all of the next week for 4th of July. They tested it with a tester BCG and it had failure so they then changed the bolt catch and it fired flawlessly. So they put in a brand new BCG and BCG catch. I got the rifle back and it has functioned perfect. Now the whole reason I chose to buy a DD rifle was because of the reputation they have on forums and YouTube etc... I was very impressed they handled my situation so fast and fluent. They never gave me the it cant be the rifle attitude that you will get from many reputable gun manufacturers. They didn't even try to blame the ammo. Lol they did ask what kind of ammo I had fired through it and I was waiting for the " oh that's the problem that ammo " comment. However, it never came all that came was kind helpful questions and answers. I gotta say I am still kind of shocked at the level of customer service they provided. Keep up the good work DD and never change.

That's par for the course with DD, and that's not to downplay the way they handled your issue.  I bought my DD M4V9 because of the same reason (well, that and I had been looking for something just like it for some time, and then there it was at the Shot Show.  And also because it is a Georgia company), and a good reputation for customer support is crucial to me.

Home state company, so much built in house, high quality and customer service like you received are all reasons why my AR pattern rifles will always come from Daniel Defense.

Same here. I ordered another DDM4 and received a $130 credit for buying it before the end of June. I faxed in the Rebate credit form, and 2 hours later
I received my $130 rebate credit code for their website. I ordered front and back sights last night and received shipping confirmation today.
Top notch service, top notch rifles!!!!!!

I bought a DD lpk and ended up with two triggers and no hammer. Instead of swapping out kits, they are sending me a new hammer, free of charge. I dealt with Caroline. Super nice! They went above and beyond to make it right with me. Customer for life!
