Has anyone tried using one of these mounts?

http://www.danieldefense.com/?page=shop/detail&product_id=113

I am wanting a cheap, but reliable way to put an offset red dot site on my DDM4. I want to use the DD offest mount and the Primary Arms Micro (Gen 2) Dot.

Does anyone have a better, cheap combination? Also, is DD offering any specials or discounts right now?

Thanks,
Marcus J.

I am using the DD offset mount and Primary Arms micro and it works great. Just got it sighted in last week and was hitting steel at 275 yds. with ease.

I have two on my carbine one for the H1 and one for the light and it works great. For the money you just cannot beat it.

Thanks for the replies, I plan on ordering that setup in the next week or so. Do y'all happen to have any pics?

Thanks for the pics, looks really good. Dumb question, but I'm guessing it doesnt matter if I mount it on the side rail or on the top rail? Just whatever is more comfortable right?

That's how I look at it.  IMO a carbine rail is cramped enough already so I mounted to the top rail.

I have the Daniel Defense M4 witht the 12.0 Omega rail so I have a lot of room to mount it, I just wasn't sure of the best location.
