Screw that. Keep the prices low PSA. No need to blow unnecessary money on a crappy parking lot. Hell turn the AC/heater off at night and on weekends too, and drop prices more. ;)

Oh and cut off your phone service. Everyone bitches they can't reach you via phone anyway.
