Being a noob to the whole dillo world I gotta ask. Are there rules as to proper dillo handling? Are there some that you keep in the package and others you don't? I have a couple black ones that I use for opening stuff (yikes!) lol but what I really, really want is a pink one (I LOVE pink) and, should I ever get one, I want to know what to do with it.
I see everyone collecting them and I know zip so I don't want to open one and make it non collectable. Yes, I know, its a dumb question. |

| I had a bunch of the pink ones at one time. I ordered a total of 12. But I'm down to my last one which is my personal one. I gave one to my fiancee's mom who is a great cancer survivor and gave the rest away to people I know. If I find one somewhere that I over looked ill message you. |

I don't consider myself a hardcore collector but I do have a few special ones. I have passed out all my pink ones to the special ladies in my life I am lucky to have one of the chrome ones, one of the glow in the dark ones, most of the Christmas ones. I love the camo ones but haven't captured any of those yet

How do you get all of the different ones? I have only ever gotten just regular black ones. Is there some time of year in particular to order or something you have to do? they come out with SE(special edition) dillos around Christmas time. They have the year on them and they change the color every year. They also do SE for occasions, like the Chris Kyle Chad Littlefield shooting. Those are still available on the website. They also do SE dillos for events like 3-gun matches they sponsor, conventions they attend and other odd and end events like modern day marine. You just they to look out for them. |

Thanks to Rookie421 I now have the pink dillo that I've been wanting forever! and a gold 2012 Holiday dillo and a green 2011 Holiday dillo . I also have the standard black one that I got from orders. I kept one black one to open cans (maybe not a big deal for guys but its a nail saver for me) and gave the other two (I think) to friends.
Pavlov said he would send a purple when he can so that's awesome. For some reason my cat LOVES the dillo's, I usually have my black one on a coffee table and whenever she finds it she'll spend at least a half hour at a time trying to figure out a way to pick it up and carry it away to where she hides her most treasured items lol. |
