I recently colaborated with Joel at Del-Ton on a Dissipator upper build. Joel had the guys build it per my specs. It features a A3 receiver with M4 feedramps, 16" 1x9 heavy barrel w/ carbine gas system, YHW low profile gas block, and a YHM flip-up front sight block. I added a side sling swivel mount, the KAC M5 RAS handguards, KAC rail covers, Smith Vortex FH, and MAGPUL AFG. The lower is also DTI. I completed the build by adding a MAGPUL MOE grip and VLTOR E-MOD Mil-Spec stock. The optic is a Millett DMS-1 1-4x24 tactical scope with a BURRIS P.E.P.R. 30mm mount.
