Are the low pro gas blocks on the factory built uppers pinned?

Unless something has changed in the last couple of years, they are set screwed with red Loctite, but my experience with wrenching on AR's is that they are quite secure.

As far as I recall, the only pinned low-profile gas block BCM uppers were the 12.5" KINO uppers. The FSB and gas block were pinned, at least on the first ones.
