I have been working around the problem by listing them by price and name, and hopefully I see all their offerings.

Yes lol it is dumb, this is what you do change the sort order "Position, Name, Price" and you will see the different ones....I told them I would do webmaster work for them!!! I have looked into the coding of the site also, and the way everything is setup makes for a lot of the lag they get. If they would just use specific ID tags for each item, and process that through the URL's they are attached to, like the front page, and say wherever else it belongs it would run much smoother.
