so i finally had a chance to bring out the smoker today and i decided to test out the Dillo dust on a turkey
well I gotta tell you it was the best dam turkey yet. "very flavorful and moist" "used pecan wood" the looks i got from everyone when i told them i got the spice rub from a gun Manufacture was priceless lol Here are a few pics of my Dillo Dusted Turkey.
