Serial # SP105XX. checked it against the serial list on Biggerhammer.net but didn't know it # 10750 was the beginning or ending serial for 1968. So I called Colt and got them to check the year of manufacture and the lady said 1966  . I made sure she had the right number and she verified it. What gives?

I'd give it a couple days and try to call again, with any luck you'll get someone that knows something I've got a 10XXX range SP1 and as far as I know it's 1968, everything I've ever seen says so, my guess is the lady at Colt was reading something wrong 10750 is the end of the year number |
