[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Email timeframes?

Just wondering how long it usually takes for emails to get answered? I sent an email a few days ago with some questions and hadn't heard anything yet.

Note: this is no way a complaint, just honestly curious.

All emails are answered in a timely manner as possible. Emails with multiple questions or seeking information about new products may take slightly longer so that we may give you the most up to date information as possible.

Yeah, I was gonna say, I've probably sent more e-mails than I should, and I don't believe any took more than 24 hours to get a reply. Better CS than most, and I always talked to involved and educated staff members in my correspondence.
