Just found the new assortment of engraved ejection port covers you have in stock...very cool! Thanks for bringing those back, I really like having the logo and motto on my PSA upper. http://palmettostatearmory.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/thumbnail/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/7/7/7778506.jpg I had one made by Tactical Gear Junkie, and its OK, but its not quite as crisp and clear as those from PSA. Also, another thanks for keeping all the small parts (springs, detents, etc) available as much as you do, I always know where I can find them when needed and I can count on the consistent quality too. yeah, these are great. I love them. I deck out my rifles with them. |

Not to be a damper, but i've been following this news article about ejector door engravings and it brings up some interesting questions about how we "decorate" our rifles.
Most of the ones i buy are the PSA one like below, or the gadsden / USA / Join or die / liberty types of doors, but the officer in the article above had one that was a bit more colorful and in court, well it is being used against him. As a side note, I prefer my ejector doors to be etched on the inside, like the guy's in the articles was, so that the etching is only visable when the door is opened. The Exceptions to this are the PSA one below, and ejector doors denoting special calibers, like 6.5 / 6.8 / 7.62x39 or something like that. |

Precisely, I do have some 7.62x39, .223 Wylde, and 5.56 covers for use with barrels that have no visible markings, but the PSA cover is the only one that is not caliber related. |
