Question for Magpul... Just spoke with a gentleman that said he had to "drill out" the trigger guard to get it to fit on his Armalite AR-10(T) lower receiver. He said he has several other lower receivers of various brands that all have the Enhanced Trigger Guard and no problems installing them. Hopefully he'll post here when/if he makes his way to the board and provide more relevant detail. In the meantime, any speculation as to what he's referring to? |
| AR10's are slightly different specs than a AR 15. He had to make a minor mod to allow for the trigger guard to work on the AR10. I would suggest using a MIAD full kit with the attached trigger guard to the frontstrap. Mounts up a little eaiser than the metal trigger guard on the AR10. Hope that helps. |
