Mark,
Does Team LaRue have any plans for a new mount for the next gen Eotech Magnifier? I have one of the FTS G23 Magnifiers from Eotech and it came mounted on a Samson Mount with an ARMS lever lock, (or whatever the hell Dick Swan has it named and copywrited as).

I also have an LT129 mount for my Aimpoint and its noticeably easier to mount and remove, and "feels" more durable. I state "feel" since I'm being wildly subjective and am not beating each of them with an industrial hammer calibrated to a set lbs per sq inch blow, and hitting them both til failure.  Long story short, I seriously prefer the LaRue mount over the ARMS one.

I know this is a startling revelation in your forum, but I feel that honesty is best.

So,uh....

When are you guys gonna make a better mount for my G23 magnifier? If need be, I'll happily send you mine to use as a template or to prototype from.....as long as I get the magnifier and a mount, (preferably one I could buy from you), back.

You can replace the ARMS mount with this:

LT-171

I also have a G23FTS and upgraded the mount to the LT-171 so I know it works.

Could you please take a picture of this?

I'm thinking the LT-171 could solve a space issue I'm having with the ARMS mount.

Yup. Still utilizes the spring-loaded Samson FTS but withe reliability of an LT mount.
