Called Brownells to have the Credit Card number changed on my backorders because my card # was hijacked and shut down by the bank.

On hold for ~5 minutes and the CSR was very friendly, patient and effecient.

My Order: 4 each 100-006-987 MAGPUL AR-15 30RD PMAG 10 PACK
My Order date: 12/20/2013



I was told by the CSR that my back orders would ship by the end of February.

My Response: They'll ship when they ship, no big deal. I'm in no hurry.

You said it best with they'll ship when they ship. I have the exact same order and date of order and was told today that there is no way for them to calculate shipping date. At best, one of the CSRs we spoke with was misinformed, at worst, the one you spoke with told you something false. If that is excellent customer service, I would love to see what qualifies as poor customer service.
