I know it's not a secret that Geissele has great customer service.  I just wanted to share my experience and say thank you.  

I received a used SSA trigger in a trade.  It always felt like it had a slight gritty feeling, nothing major, but not as smooth as my other SSA.  I used for a few months and re-greased it a few times and it didn't seem to improve.  I decided to send Geissele customer service an e-mail.  I was very up front about the fact that I received it used and was not the original purchaser.  I was given an RMA and told to send it to them for an inspection.  I shipped it on a Saturday and they received it that Monday.  I had a phone call that same Monday from them telling me that they inspected the trigger and touched up the sear surfaces.  It was back in the mail same day and back in my hands Wednesday, less than a week total.  The trigger came back perfect and they sent a swag pack with it which was awesome.  They took care of all of this no questions asked for the second owner of a trigger that couldn't say when the original purchase date was.  This is why I own two SSA's, a G2S, and two ALG QMS triggers.  Their customer service is unmatched.
