| Last weekend I used my new Aim Surplus v2 Black Nitride BCG for the first time and every round short cycled. When I got home and looked at it, I saw that the gas key was loose and had not been very well staked. I called Monday morning and had an RMA within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, I absolutely needed a replacement by today (Friday) and was told I should have it in time. I was a bit abrupt in a couple of subsequent emails when the tracking info showed that it wouldn't be delivered until Saturday, but Joshua's replies were very courteous in spite of that. The new BCG arrived today just in time. I want to thank Joshua and Aim Surplus for taking good care of a first-time customer. |
