This is not really a problem with the brake but a problem people should be aware of from the way the brake directs the muzzle blast.

I was at the range today and was shooting from the wall. The range officer instructed me to mount my target to the right of the carrier and stand against the wall on the left so the my bullets would angle away from the wall. I did this and after shooting through 2 magazines I tried to return the target so I could replace it. I immediately noticed the target carrier control (which is a nice touch screen) was shattered. It looked like a hammer had smashed it. I realized the concussion from my muzzle had been directed right into the touch screen and destroyed it! I felt terrible, and notified the range staff. They were courteous and professional about the whole thing. I wish I had thought about this before hand, but I didn't. Even if I had I would have assumed the screens were protected better than they were.

If you have a Tactical Muzzle Brake on you RRA be careful when shooting it, and be aware it directs a strong concussion to the left and right.

Yep, I've destroyed sandbags and ammo boxes in a similar fashion...

That's not a problem, that's expected function and behavior of the weapon system.

Try standing on a firing line for 6 hours next to shooters happily blasting away with an LAR pistol with a tac brake.
Yes, the tactical brake is designed to minimize recoil and muzzle climb (very good at it too) but in doing so, it ports gasses and blast slightly backand to the sides.  You can take a quick look at its ports and see where most of the blast is going to go.   Always be aware of that if you're shooting with other people around you on the line.  You (behind the rifle) aren't goign to have the same issues as those directly in-line withthe blast, pressure, noise, and (to a much lesser extent) gasses and carbon.

It works good alright! It keeps the muzzle down nicely.

I will just be more aware next time.
