Called Pete bc I had heard sooo much about his customer service. I was extremely let down to say the least. I dont know if he is swamped with orders, but he was short, unhelpful and borderline rude. I dont want to have to beg someone to take my money so I bought from elsewhere. I cant even imagine how he has positive feedback from my experience. Semper Fi...... Sincerely Sgt. Diaz / USMC

I am sorry you had a bad experience.  Pete is a man of few words, for sure.  However, look at when you were ordering.  He has no receivers, he is swamped with orders, most of which he cannot fill in any quick timetable.  Rest assured that Pete and his wife are trying their best with terrible circumstances and they are honest.  That is saying something when other dealers are less than honest.

Are you trying to say he didn't have what you wanted, couldn't get it quick, and that wasn't the answer you wanted
to hear, least that's what happens to me if I don't watch myself. He's is a man of few words and lots of action.

I have made several purchases from Pete.  I always found his customer service to be way above average.  Last I spoke to him a couple of weeks ago he was working unhealthy hours to serve his customers.  Hang in there, he will do you good.

Pete is a great guy and even answered his phone after hours from home when I called after work.  I called him a couple times and he was helpful, but not chatty.  He was always thankful for the order.

He is extremely busy with the $599 rifle kit deal he's had going.

If I want to chat I'll call my mom.  If I want an AR I'll call Pete.

We are so swamped with calls from Folks that want stuff Right away

Well If you waited until last minute The waits can be long

We are trying to talk to as many folks are we can But Phone is ringing of hook
and emails are hard to keep up with

I am sure it will slack off a bit soon
