When is the next free shipping promotion? PSA needs to do these more often and make sure you have some target 45 ACP available next time

I love free shipping from them but I know how backed up they get then people complain that there stuff takes too long to get to them, PSA's shipping is very reasonable when you have to pay for it anyways, especially when it comes to ammo. |

The free shipping is kind of B.S. to me. I, as a loyal customer place an order, and that order takes 14+ working days to "ship". Then PSA runs a free shipping promo during the time they are "processing" my order (which really means they haven't even built it yet), but I cannot qualify for free shipping due to a loophole they have created. I really need to just cut my losses and use another company to spend my money with, and get my products from. Any other company would treat their repeat customers just a tad bit better. Hell, even an extremely large company like Amazon gives repeat customers a better service option.
TLDR: I'm just mad that I have to wait for a product they claim is available, but takes over half a month to ship, and they don't even have the common courtesy to give me a reach around!

Ever consider that large companies such as Amazon have THOUSANDS of employees and TONS of warehouses all across the country? Comparing PSA to Amazon is completely ridiculous. PSA has always treated me great and ALWAYS shipped out my items in less than their stated time. If you ordered an upper and were surprised it took two weeks to ship out, then you're nuts. That's almost always the case as the uppers are built to order. If you want free shipping, then place your order when the free shipping promo is going on. Why do you feel entitled to getting something for free just because an order you processed BEFORE the promo has not shipped yet? |

i have ordered one day and free shipping was offered the next day TWO TIMES!!! i just laugh and say "just my luck" its not like the shipping charges are that high from them anyway! ill gladly pay the shipping and consider free shipping what is is, A BONUS! sometimes you get it, sometimes you dont! its not mandatory that they offer it, they do it FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! i am very thankful for PSA! i have a store 5miles from me (greenville) and i STILL have to order to get in on some of the online deals, yet i am THANKFUL for the prices they DO offer! shipping and all!

I really can't believe the level of Bitching that PSA puts up with! I'm sure they (PSA) know the main reason most of us shop theirs is their low low prices and not some sort of misplaced loyalty.
It's a business use your @#$%ing head. They have sales on popular items in which they loose money but gain more business. later when those sales end or inventory is low they bring out the free shipping. I just bout the FA BCG with 'not so Blem' upper for $139. please show me where else I can get deals like this! THANK YOU PSA |

Come on, so I was screwed last time or you have a new policy now? I had the same situation just a month ago when you offered the free shipping over $50. Ordered my stuff and next day within probably 12 hrs PSA offered free shipping. I placed another order with same items and free shipping. Sent email to ask PSA honor my previous order with free shipping said I will keep both orders if the free shipping is honored. Called them 1st thing in the morning next day and talked to customer service, but PSA customer rep would not honor it. I cancelled the first order that has a $22 shipping charge for a blemished lower with LPK and a BlackHawk 6-position stock. $22 shipping is awfully high for such small items from SC to Ohio. Couple hours later, another lady from PSA who processed my FFL replied my previous email request saying they will be glad to honor the free shipping and ship both orders free since the original order was not processed yet, I was happy and thanked her for doing so. One hour later, she replied and said that she realized I called customer service and customer service did not want to honor the free shipping and the order was cancelled, so she has to take her offer back! Fine, but I am not happy anymore! Don't believe me PSA? Here is my order info on the first order 100416390 ordered 8/21/13. |
