This is not a hate rant or anything, and I don't want anyone to take it the wrong way. TNVC has treated me very well, and I'll continue to give them my business.
My first order with TNVC went off without a hitch, I was very pleased. I went all out with lasers, NV, helmet, mounts, IR lights. TNVC has been nothing but helpful to me on my NV aquisitions. Then I placed another order on Sept. 30th, and recieved an email stating a 1-2 week lead time. I was ok with that. I called on Oct 14th, and was told it would be another 1-2 weeks. I'm ok with that also. Here we are a month out, and I'm not upset, but I wished someone would have just said, "It'll probably be a month or more" So, where are we at with the commercial spec tubes? |

We appreciate your order and, your patience. We have been inundated with orders for the new TNV/PVS-14. Because of this and, because of our high tube specs, the tube suppliers were not able to keep up with our production capabilities. We have gone back to them and, they are now supplying us with the correct amount of tubes, in a more timely manner. However, now, we are playing catchup from the original delays. it is going to take us a few more weeks to accomplish this. Rest assured, you will get your system and, it will be of the highest quality that we can spec. Making sure our customers have the best product and, get it in a timely manner, is always what we strive for. Unfortunately, in this particular situation, we were at the mercy of our suppliers.

I just had some buddies give me a ribbing, cause I promised to take them on a hunt, and I was like, "It'll be 2 weeks, I swear I'll have another unit" about 3 weeks ago. Couple of days ago, they were kinda giving me the stinkeye when I said the same thing.... |
