There is little that's more frustrating than seeing the seller has shipped your item with all due speed only to see your package languish at the shipper's hub for days.
There are times the USPS just drives me nuts. PK did their part. Grumble. |
Specifications tell us what the finished product should be. Processes are how we meet the specification.
| I know how you feel. I am less than 100 miles from PK, and ordered a barrel last year. It was promptly sent by PK within a day or so, via priority mail. Well, tracking it, several days after it not showing up, it dropped off the face of the earth. Then, when I had almost lost all hope, it arrived nearly 2 weeks after it was shipped. So much for 2-3 day priority mail....I guess when you are less than 2 hours away, it bumps it up to 2 week not-so-priority. Absolutely no fault of PK's, and I have had excellent experiences with them. On the other hand, USPS, not always. Good luck, and be patient. |
