On 9/15/14 I placed order 10480194. At the time of order, everything was showing in stock. The MOE stock kit was not shipped with the order and went "out of stock"
On about 9/22/14 I called and spoke with a customer service rep who advised that the MOE stock kit had came back in stock and would ship soon. The order never shipped out. On 9/25/14, I emailed asking when the MOE stock kit would be shipped out. Your customer service rep advised that the stock had come back in stock and that you would be shipping this out as soon as you could. Here were are 20 days later, 10/15/14, and still the supposedly in stock MOE stock kit has yet to be shipped to me. This is extremely frustrating and not the Brownells experience I am used to. Can I please get an update on the MOE stock kit from order 10480194. Can you please assign an employee track the parts down, throw it in a box, and ship it to me? |
