Damn that's a good looking charging handle

Color comparison between DDC and several other companies:
Wilcox Industries (riser and flip mount), EOTech (XPS and G.33), H&K (charging handles), and Surefire (M600C). The ejection port cover is polymer and molded in H&K's RAL8000 color. I know, I know, I should be shunned for not having a Geissele charging handle, then having the gall to come in here and post an H&K charging handle, but I thought some might enjoy seeing the color comparison between so many different manufacturers. And, to be fair, I ordered these before the Geisseles were available for order, it's just that they just now got here from Germany.

Sorry for bumping an older topic, but has anyone gotten a DD stock and or grip in their milspec brown to see how close it is to matching DDC? I just got a mk4 mod 1 in ddc on an upper I bought and am wanting to get a stock that is close to matching if possible. I know there are countless shades of ddc but the DD milspec color looks as close as I've seen.

As far as furniture goes, depending on the particular shade, I think DDC/Sand matches well with coyote brown/field drab/taupe/lmt fde shades of brown. At the same time, I like all the different shades and contrasts. Plus, DD furniture isn't that great. |
