Stick, any chance you have an overhead shot of the rear MBUS mounted? Thanks.

Sweet! I'm lovin' how low profile they are. Stick, do you have any pics of them deployed? I think I've got those shot, are you looking for the side view/ profile shot? Can you do a shot of a rear gen 1 and gen 2 mounted on the rail one in front of the other to compare? |

Quoted: I know there is the pdf with actual size and such listed.. but are there any actual specs available (height, etc?) The mbus gen 1 was .625" folded if im not mistaken (easily could be).. Does anyone know the folder height of the newer Gen II's? The Gen 2 MBUS are .5" folded down. |

Hi Stickman - thanks for the pics and info. Say, you've got the MagPul MBUS for sale on your Rainer Arms website, but it doesn't say if its the Gen 2 or Gen 1, and I can't tell from the pics. Got specifics, and will your website be updated to say that? Thanks. |

Got specifics, and will your website be updated to say that? Thanks. Good question, odd answer. I have the Magpul MBUS GEN II because I shot the pictures for the Magpul website. As their photographer, I end up with a lot of things before they are mainstream. I'm a full time city cop, and also write for Military Times doing equipment reviews in addition to working as a photographer. I also help out Rainier Arms where I can as the owner is a good friend of mine, though I admit I am short on free time so I'm probably not all that much help. I do not believe that Rainier Arms has their shipment of MBUS II sights yet, but I'm almost never at their shop, so I am not 100% positive on that. I'll try to find out for you today if RA has received the MBUS Gen II yet or not. |

Not an odd answer by any means! Oh - thanks for the great pics! (BTW - would you mind doing a pic of the Gen 1 vs the Gen 2 when you get a chance, if possible?) |

The next time I have my lighting equipment setup in a manner that will work, I'll try to shoot a couple pictures of the old and new style. |

How come there is a gap on the front sight folded down? ??? http://stickman.rainierarms.com/galleries/Magpul%206/Stck_2942-A-1024-Stick.jpg Ok there is no gap. I'm glad! Was a little worry since I've already decide these as my pistol BUIS. Thanks stickman! |
