Just wanted to say thank you for the Good CS I received yesterday.
First a little background and complaining  ...
I had a LPK order during all of the Free Shipping madness that took quite a while to arrive. A little disappointed in that, but the PSA presence here on AR15.com did help answering when am I going to get my stuff. But, on to the problem. The LPK was shipped without hammer or trigger pins. This is where the CS came in and was great. They got me taken care of immediately and the pins are on their way. So thanks PSA (although you did stub your toe a little in all of this) for taking care of me. |
