I do mine with cream cheese and a Lil' Smokie, dusted with - well, Dillo Dust of course, and smoked or grilled.

How did you cook those? In a fryer or oven? Look good, except for the turd in the middle

Last year I made these for the first time with dove breasts. Couldn't taste the dove at all so mission accomplished.

Nice.

Printing bacon packages for many of the biggest bacon brands is how I put food on the table and support my gun hobby. Hopefully the high price of pork doesn't hurt the publics love of bacon.

I make these on my Traeger. So f'in yummy!

I mix chives, mexican cheese (shredded) mix, 8 oz cream cheese and paprika in a bowl. You can add cooked italian sausage in with the cheese mix then fill the jalapenos with the mix. I then wrap the bacon around them and smoke them on the Traeger. They are always a hit during football parties.
