Version 7; I would jump on it if I had the money. Check out HKPRO.com and you can see what they go for used without the jet funnel ,LEM nagazines and light. Normally they are in the $600-$650 range without the accessories.

kinda, the hammer comes back like DAO, BUT the first pull is long and stiff, after recocking the hammer goes back still buts its about 1/3 of the pull weight

DA/SA like the Sigs?

I just went out there and got my hands on one.

After chambering a round, trigger pull will CONSISTENTLY be long but light, from shot 1 until empty.  Now, if you experience some sort of failure to fire, you can immediately squeeze the trigger again (without having to rack the slide back) but this pull will be long and heavy with follow-up shots long and light like before.

In a DA/SA you never really feel the DA pull anyway unless you chamber a round and then decock it.

ETA: These H&Ks are DAO, so there's no way to decock it like there is in a DA/SA gun.
