Whats up with Del-Ton ? I have had great experiences in the past with you guys I usually purchase at the Charlotte/Huntersville Gun shows . I have called 3 times trying to get price info on and upper talked to kassandra once another lady once left my name and number with you also called once did not get an answer and left a detailed message on the answering machine I haven’t gotten any response ? |

To put it honestly...we're swamped and don't have enough staff!! That's my honest answer. We're looking to hire 3 more people right now, so hopefully that'll help with some of the customer service problems. I know we've been slacking lately a little more than we like, so we're working on that! If you can't get us by phone, either try and email, or an IM on here. They sometimes take a few days, but we'll get back to you!!! We've got 2 phone lines at the shop, and they are both just about busy from 9 to 6!! Kassandra |

Thanks for the reply I own a business also I understand that you guys have significantly Grown as a business in the past 2 years I really wanted to purchase from you because of the customer service and talks/information I have had with Tony in the past It seems maybe growing to fast too soon ? Just don’t loose site that customer service is number 1 This was not to bash you. I have gone down this road and lost revenue for this very reason |

Yep, too fast is right. We had an awesome Shot Show and some deals were put in place that we never expected, which is both a blessing and a little overwhelming too! We've hired one new guy for the back already and he's started, and we've got someone else starting in 2 weeks for sales. Hopefully we'll be able to find someone else too. We know customer service is usually our strong point, so we're doing what we can to keep that up! Thanks for bearing with us while we get our staff up to snuff!!
