I've heard and read CMMG has good customer service, but what other than email and PM is a good way to get a hold of them? I've had NO luck with either method AT ALL.

Thanks

Follow up:  We are not set up for PM.  We did just switch over email servers last week––otherwise, our crew stays right on top of email.

I sent an email via this site. Are there site issues or is it user error?

Just send a damn email the old fashioned way already, or pick up the phone.

Sent a "damn" email. Read my posts.

The phone will be next. I'd rather an email as my query is more likely to get to the right person that way.

Thanks for the stellar advice though............

CMMG pointed out their contact information to you. Site email or PM is not listed in there.

You say you emailed through the site. Why not contact them in the way they told you to?

But whatever man, good luck to you.

I stated in my first post "email". That was the "old fashioned way", not through ARF in any way. I guess I didn't make that clear enough for you...

It might have got lost in thier server change over or whatever, hence the inquiry.

Thanks again for the suggestions.....

Several e-mails including some I sent were lost when the servers changed according to John.
Call and ask for Tech Support. They are very helpful.
