I notice that IOR scopes with a magnum lock say NOT to adjust this. No one seems to know, so I'm asking here, what happens if this screw gets turned? I just got one of these scopes, and when my girlfriend was looking at it, she might have turned this knob, but I don't know for sure. If she did, would the scope be FUBAR? What would I be on the lookout for if this did happen? So far it looks and functions fine, but, could there be some kind of hidden damage? Thanks in advance for any info you can provide. |
Ok on the magnum lock, that is just a cap over a screw, so your ine. The reason they say not to mess with it is because that thing helps keep the retical in place under recoil, thats what was explained to me anyway. |
