Hello All and Merry Christmas,
I placed my first order with IWC. It was their Thorntail Offset Mount. I'm using it with my SCAR 16 and WML. I placed the order with my Summit account as I'm a LEO. The order shipped the same day 12-23-13 and i received it yesterday 12-26-13. The mount is a great piece of kit and I'm happy with the purchase and quick turn around time. I will try it at the range later today. +1 for Earl and IWC!!!! Craig |

| I like my endplates i got, but Damn its almost approaching PSA shipping times. I've been waiting for my IWC Magpul handguards since the 27th of December. I had a set a while back I got off the EE so I know there set up just how I want. I had another order I was gonna put it to do a friends rifle also but I'm waiting to see how long the wait for mine are first. Maybe they ought to send me a bunch of stock and I'll help start shipping orders . For a fee of coarse. |

Our CNC our fixture we use to mill the hole in the MOE went down the other day and we just got it back up. What's your order number? We post a Five business day lead time, which a lot of customers, most in fact, are under. See the first customer in this thread for example. As a small firm, not nearly the size of LaRue, PSA, Brownells, BCM, Midway, etc, we're able to offer that personal service... if you just ask. What's your order number? |

I had used normal email already.so I wasn't gonna post, heres the order number Order #: 22057. i understand with all the new products, the time of year, and size of outfit that things are a little slow. Hopefully one day its profitable enough to make the company bigger and expand. i like your products alot. I see the lead time of 5 days but my order was 19days ago granted minus two for holidays, and four for weekends so it makes it seem much longer. And I was unaware a machine was down thanks for explaining that.

I just found this part of the forum, thought I'd give a nod to Earl too- IWC is a great company to buy from with awesome products. If have a question just pick up the phone- chances are good that Earl will answer the phone and help you out. I called yesterday with a question on the handstops which was promptly and courteously answered. Now I'm just trying to decide what else I want to order at the same time though, it's a slippery slope ;-)

I've got to give Earl at IWC two thumbs up too. I've contacted him several time via email and he has replied in minutes. Once in the middle of the night and once on the weekend, It's like he doesn't sleep. Anyway dealing with him was like dealing with a friend from the get go, can't say enough about his awesome CS. I would say that my order didn't ship super fast, but I attribute that to the fact that he found me something they didn't even stock on the site and he went out of his way to hook me up.
